Refund Policy

1. 7-day money-back guarantee

First-time subscribers can request a full refund within 7 days of the initial payment, for any reason. No questions asked. Email [email protected] from the email used at checkout.

2. Cancellation (anytime)

You can cancel your subscription at any time from utubetalk.com/my or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then.

3. Partial months & renewals

• We do not pro-rate refunds for unused days within a billing month.
• Recurring renewal charges (month 2 and onward) are not refundable outside the 7-day window, except as required by law.
• If you forgot to cancel and were charged for an unused month, email us within 14 days of the charge — we typically refund as a courtesy for first-time misses.

4. How refunds are processed

Refunds are issued by PayPal (our payment processor) to your original payment method. Processing time: usually 3–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Refunds we cannot issue

• Subscriptions older than 7 days (first month) or beyond month 1 — except per Section 3 last bullet.
• Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service (e.g. bulk scraping, redistribution).
• Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us — we ask you reach out first.

6. Korean Consumer Law

Korean consumers have additional rights under the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce. Nothing in this policy limits those statutory rights.
